Ingredients
  • 2 cup Unbleached All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgine Olive Oil
  • 3/4 cup Hot Water
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, add the all-purpose flour.

  4. Gradually add the 3/4 cup of hot water to the mixture.
  5. Using a fork or an electric mixer, mix all the ingredients together.
  6. Knead for about 5 minutes until the dough is smooth.
  7. Cover it with a clean cloth. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes so it will be easier to roll out.
  8. Lightly flour your surface.
  9. Roll each ball into a round shape, about the size of a burrito (8-10 inches).
  10. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat (without oil) and cook each tortilla for 30-45 seconds on each side, until bubbles form and golden spots appear.
  11. Cover the cooked tortillas with a clean cloth to keep them soft.
