Bread or all-purpose flour

Queso fresco (fresh cheese)
4
oz
Hard cheese
(parmesan cheese if you cannot find Salvadorean hard cheese
)
1
cup
Milk
1
cup
Sugar
2
tsp
Baking powder
8
oz
Butter or margarine
(preferably unsalted
)

Cream
2
Eggs
Sesame seeds
(to taste
)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 176C (350F)
Soften the butter and put it in a large round bowl.
Add the sugar and mix well.
Add the rest of the ingredients (except the flour) and mix well.
Add the flour little by little while mixing.
Grease two round baking pans.
Add the mixture to the molds.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds
Place them in the oven at 176C (350F) and bake for 50 minutes (or until they turn golden brown).
Take them out of the oven when they are golden brown and enjoy them alone or with a coffee.
